Head of Private Client
Ben graduated from The Queen’s College, Oxford in 1997 with a 2.1 degree in law, following which he passed both the New York Bar exam and the Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law, Chester.
He is head of our private client department and is a Trusts and Estates Practitioner (TEP), having passed the highly regarded STEP diploma. He has worked in both the high street and in a national firm, having initially trained in commercial property.
He values a personal approach, and considers that a friendly chat goes a long way in establishing trust and making it easier to deal with sensitive or difficult issues.
Meetings can be conducted in Italian, provided that you don’t mind speaking reasonably slowly and clearly.
Other interests include playing Rachmaninov on the piano (with at least enough right notes for the neighbours to recognise it), electronics (particularly vintage radios) and photography.
