Kitsa Efthymiadis

Kitsa is head of our property department and specialises in commercial & residential property transactions.

After graduating from Manchester University and training in the city, she joined Molesworths in 1981 and became a partner in 1985. Kitsa’s work ranges from multi-million pound commercial transactions to smaller domestic sales and purchases. 

She is a governor of the Rochdale Sixth Form College and a trustee of Springhill Hospice, having previously been a non-executive director of 2 NHS Trusts. Kitsa loves shoes, enjoys travelling and skis badly.
