Kitsa is head of our property department and specialises in commercial & residential property transactions. She joined Molesworths in 1981 and became a partner in 1985. Kitsa’s big achievements to date include a multi million pound sale of a tenanted industrial site for development purposes and numerous acquisitions of development sites. She is a governor of the new Rochdale Sixth Form College and on the Rochdale Council of the Chamber of Commerce. Kitsa was previously non-executive director of 2 NHS Trusts. Kitsa enjoys travelling and skis badly. With over 3 decades’ experience & always impeccably dressed (check out the shoes!) we think she truly offers a winning combination of style & substance.
